Presentation of the sailing trips I’m offering on ZAYANN 37ft.
⚠️WORKING ON THAT PAGE⚠️

Sailing trips, flexible travel, overnight, Island hopping, fishing and snorkeling on the way. French, English, Spanish speaking. Up to 5 days, for up to 5 people.
On ZAYANN, it’s a pro-active adventure so we can all participate in our journey, that’s the way we do and enjoy being together on board living the dream !

Sailing along the barrier reef with many possible spots to anchor and enjoy; Saint Georges Caye (the first capital of Belize), Shag, Bannister, Drowned, Bluefield, Colson etc.
A favorite island on the way is Tobacco caye that seats just on the reef next to the Tobacco cut on it’s south with Southwater Caye couple miles away.

Tobacco Caye is a charming little island of fishermen and with small resorts local owners, dive shops and couple bars !
There is an easy snorkeling there in the cut open to Caribbean deep Sea.
My home village is Sarteneja in the Northern part of Belize and it is the most important fishing community of Belize (with neighbors Chunox and Copper bank), fishing on traditional wooden boat built there like ZAYANN. So we mostly all know each others !

My favorite is trolling fishing while we are sailing. If we are lucky and serious about it, we will catch our diner; mackerel, barracuda, bonito, snapper and others.

Of course, beside of sailing and moving we also want to relax, just enjoy the freedom of being on our own sailboat. So from my experience I try to choose the best route, do the right estimate that we can anchor safely in time to enjoy for the evening and a peaceful night. SAFETY FIRST !

I enjoy that we are a small group and be like friends because that’s what friends do. ZAYANN is my home and I share my home with you. I prepare the fish and we can all participate in a little something, if needed ! Meals are simple but good !

The ”tourism industry” is big in Belize, essential and respected. There are many Tour operators offering extraordinary sailing tours with amazing local tour guides that are born here, they know their country, their environment (many were fishermen and many are friends) and they love to share. As soon as you love something, it gets easy !
I had my own path and have my own style, so I will do my best and I hope you’ll enjoy it !
I have sailed in Belize for 15 years, I love it and I’m a licensed Tour guide from Belize Tourism Board.
