The Black Star Sailing Club
Our Mission:
The Black Star Sailing Club of Caye Caulker – BELIZE (BSSC) provides an educational environment that encourages children/ people to develop life skills through the art and joy of sailing.
The BSSC establishes sailing and development programs that promote self-esteem, teamwork, reasoning, problem solving and good sporting conduct.
The BSSC also advocates inclusiveness and provides accessibility to disadvantaged youths and persons with limited opportunity.
Program enrollment is open to any person 8 years and older who is interested in sailing.

The Caye Caulker Community Sailing Center is proud to present the new Black Star Sailing Club.
Established to promote the history oKf great men like Isaiah Morter (Coconut ing), Marcus Garvey (UNIA) and Samuel Haynes (author of the Belize national anthem).
While our core mission remains, the historical and significant contributions of these men to Belizean History can be traced back to the Islands of Caye Chapel and Caye Caulker.
